[GGUGE] Gguge Money User Guide

1. What is Gguge Money?

Gguge Money is a payment method you can use to purchase classes and products on Gguge. It consists of two components:
•
Gguge Money: The amount charged to your account at the same time as your payment—equal to the amount you pay.
•
Gguge Points: Amounts received as benefits through company-run events, campaigns, and promotions (including bonus points given when topping up Gguge Money), based on set conditions.
The maximum Gguge Money balance per account is 2,000,000G. Gguge Points have no holding limit.

2. How to Top Up Gguge Money

You can top up Gguge Money through the Gguge homepage.

2-1. Topping Up on PC

•
Click [My Info] at the top right of the Gguge homepage.
•
Click [Top Up Gguge Money].
•
On the [Gguge Money Top-Up page > Top-Up Amount] section, use the buttons to select the amount you'd like to add.

Bonus credit is provided based on the amount you top up:

50,000–199,999 KRW: 1%
▪
200,000–499,999 KRW: 2%
▪
500,000 KRW or more: 3%
•
Select your [Payment Method > Payment Option].
◦
If paying by credit or debit card, make sure to select the number of installments.
•
On the **[Gguge Money Top-Up page]**, confirm the payment amount and bonus credit.
•
Check [Required: Payment Service Terms of Use, Personal Information Processing Consent], then complete your payment.

2-2. Topping Up on Mobile Web

•
Go to [Gguge homepage > My > Top Up Gguge Money] and tap the button.
•
On the [Gguge Money Top-Up page > Top-Up Amount] section, use the buttons to select the amount.

Gguge Points are provided based on the top-up amount:
•
Select your [Payment Method > Payment Option].
•
On the [Gguge Money Top-Up page], confirm the payment amount and bonus credit.
•
Check [Required: Payment Service Terms of Use, Personal Information Processing Consent], then complete your payment.

3. Gguge Money Auto Top-Up

The Auto Top-Up feature automatically charges your registered card when your Gguge Money balance falls below a set amount.
•
Gguge homepage > My > Gguge Money Auto Top-Up Settings
•
Click "Top up the following amount when balance falls below ___ KRW" and select the amounts.
•
Select Add Card and add your top-up card.
◦
Even if you already have a card registered, you'll need to add one separately for this feature.
•
Agree to the terms and click Complete Setup.

3-1. Cancelling Auto Top-Up

•
Gguge homepage > My > Gguge Money Auto Top-Up > Manage
•
Click "Cancel" at the top right.
◦
Auto Top-Up will also be cancelled if you do a Cooling-Off Withdrawal on Gguge Money purchased via auto top-up.

4. I'm getting a "limit exceeded" message when paying with my credit card.

Each card issuer sets its own payment limit for Gguge Money top-ups. If you're unable to complete the purchase, please try a different payment method.

5. I want a refund of my Gguge Money.

Only the account holder can request a Gguge Money refund, which can be submitted via the form below.
•
Even if part of your balance qualifies for a fee-free Cooling-Off Withdrawal, a refund fee will apply if you submit the refund request form instead. Please complete the Cooling-Off Withdrawal first for any eligible amount, then submit a refund request for the remainder.
•
Partial refunds are not available—only a full refund of your entire Gguge Money balance is possible.
•
The name on the Gguge account and the name on the refund bank account must match.
•
Refunds are processed every Wednesday morning, and the deposit is made on Friday to the bank account you provided.
◦
If you use any Gguge Money after submitting the refund form, your request will be automatically cancelled as it indicates intent to use the balance.
◦
Refund requests received after Wednesday afternoon will be processed the following Friday.
•
Once a refund is completed, it cannot be reversed.
※ When a full refund is processed, all bonus credit received from top-ups is forfeited. Even if part of your balance qualifies for a Cooling-Off Withdrawal, the refund fee will still be deducted.

6. What is a Cooling-Off Withdrawal?

A Cooling-Off Withdrawal lets you cancel a Gguge Money top-up without a refund fee, provided all three of the following conditions are met:
1.
None of the Gguge Money received from the top-up payment has been used.
2.
There is no Gguge Money usage history between the time of payment completion and the time of withdrawal completion.
3.
No more than 7 days have passed since the payment was completed.

6-1. Cooling-Off Withdrawal on PC

•
Click [My Info] at the top right of the Gguge homepage.
•
Click on the [Your Gguge Money balance area].
•
Click the [∨] button next to the payment you'd like to withdraw.
•
Click [Cooling-Off Withdrawal].
•
On the Cooling-Off Withdrawal page, confirm the payment method and date, then click [Cooling-Off Withdrawal].
•
Note that any bonus credit received at top-up will be fully forfeited upon withdrawal and cannot be recovered.

6-2. Cooling-Off Withdrawal on Mobile Web

•
Tap [Gguge main screen > My (bottom) > Gguge Money].
•
Tap [Cooling-Off Withdrawal].
•
Confirm your payment history, payment method, and amount, then tap [Cooling-Off Withdrawal].
•
When the [Are you sure you want to cancel?] prompt appears, tap [Yes] to complete the withdrawal.
