How can I cancel a class schedule I have enrolled in?
You can cancel your class schedule directly from the schedule list on the Gguge website.
Please note that cancellation fees may apply depending on how close the cancellation is to the class start time.

I can no longer attend my scheduled class. Can I switch to a different schedule?
Gguge does not currently support schedule changes. If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, you will need to cancel your existing schedule and enroll in a different one.
If the class offers a replay, you can watch the recorded session for 7 days after the class date.

How do I join a class I enrolled in?
You can join your class through:
Gguge Website → Calendar icon (top right) → Select the class → Prepare for Class → Join Class

How can I message a teacher?
You can request a conversation with a teacher from either the Class Detail Page or the Teacher Profile Page.
Please note that if this is your first message to the teacher, the teacher must accept your conversation request before you can start chatting.
